Ex-Leader of Indonesian ISIS Fund citizen to Syria
Chairman of the Islamic Reformist Movement (Garis) Cianjur, West Java, Chep Hernawan been a leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) Indonesian region.
